About Draycote
Gary started welding window frames at 17. He has not left the trade since.
Gary spent over a decade mastering every part of the trade: fabrication, the glass shop making double-glazed units, then fitting, and built a reputation for out-working the teams around him and earning consistent customer recognition for his workmanship. In January 2015, at 28, he launched Draycote Windows.
Today Draycote is a team of eight, including office staff, each with 20 to 25+ years of experience, all working to the same standard Gary set on day one. Sign-written vans, full uniforms, and a shared commitment to quality that means nothing gets missed, and that customers are treated politely and their property respected from the first visit to the final clean-up.

What guarantee comes with the work?+
Every installation carries a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee through IWA, covering both the workmanship and the window frames. We are also Assured registered, the competent persons scheme equivalent to FENSA and Certass, and carry £10,000,000 public liability insurance.
How much does a quote cost?+
A verbal quote is free. A written quote is £25, and that £25 comes straight off your final invoice if you go ahead. Quotes are turned around the next day.
Can the price go up once work has started?+
No. Every quote we give is a fixed price, and we have never added money to a job once it has started.
What are your lead times?+
Plan on a minimum of 10 weeks from order. At busier times of year it can run longer, and we will tell you the honest timescale before you commit rather than after.
How can I pay?+
Cash or bank transfer. We do not take credit cards and we do not offer finance. Deposits vary depending on the size and type of job.
Which areas do you cover?+
Lichfield, Burntwood, Rugeley, Fradley, Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield, Shenstone, Little Aston and Armitage, plus the surrounding Staffordshire villages. We take on both domestic and commercial work.
